We process and ship all orders from Washington State.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order so you know what to expect.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in standard laboratory supply packaging in compliance with applicable carrier and regulatory requirements. Shipments are labeled according to federal and state shipping guidelines.
Storage and Temperature
Our research compounds are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and stable at room temperature during transit for short periods. However, upon receipt, we strongly recommend storing all products at -20°C as indicated on each product label to preserve integrity.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track your package directly on the USPS website or the UPS website.
Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, please contact us at admin@rainiercompounds.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
No International Shipping
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
