How It Works

  1. Order placed — You receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of checkout.
  2. Order processed — We prepare and ship your order within 1-3 business days.
  3. Tracking number sent — Once your label is created, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.
  4. Delivery — Standard shipping typically arrives within 2-5 business days. Priority shipping typically arrives within 1-3 business days.

Tracking Not Updating?

USPS tracking can take up to 24 hours to reflect the first scan after a label is created. If your tracking shows no movement after 2 business days, or if you did not receive a tracking email, please contact us at admin@rainiercompounds.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
